Your questions answered
Doors open at 17:30. We recommend arriving by 17:50 so you can settle in and enjoy the canapés before the celebrations begin at 18:00. If travelling by car, allow a few extra minutes for parking.
Yes! Leonda by The Yarra has a free on-site car park for up to 150 vehicles. Overflow parking is available on Yarra Boulevard nearby. The venue is also easily reached by Tram Route 70 (Stop 29, 200 m walk) or Hawthorn Train Station (630 m walk). See our for full directions.

Children are absolutely welcome and we would love to celebrate with the whole family! When completing your RSVP, please list all young guests by name and include their ages — this helps us ensure the venue and catering are fully prepared for them.
Absolutely. Please note any dietary requirements — including allergies, intolerances, or preferences — for yourself and all guests on the RSVP form. We will pass everything to the venue team to ensure everyone is looked after.
Yes — there are wonderful hotels within walking distance and a short tram ride from Leonda, ranging from boutique and budget-friendly to 5-star luxury. Visit our for our curated picks. We recommend booking early!
Absolutely — and we expect you to use it! The night kicks off properly at 9:30 PM with the first dance and cake cutting, after which the floor is yours. Don’t forget to add a song request to your RSVP so we can make sure your favourite is on the playlist!
